Motic Exhibits at Semicon West 2021

Thank you for visiting us at Semicon 2021! We were glad to see everyone again in our home turf of San Francisco, and we were more than happy to bring everything over from our Emeryville office to show at Moscone center.

Big thanks to all those that attended and stopped by our booth to check out Motic's line of semiconductor focused microscopes, software and cameras. The highlight of this show was our PA120MET, which is a 12-inch materials microscope capable of inspecting large wafers with its large stage. The microscope also holds polarization, darkfield and DIC capabilities, which allows for extreme flexibility when inspecting for features and defects.
