The PA53 BIO FS6 models offer maximum flexibility for managing any kind of Fluorescence application thanks to the LUMOS High-power LED FL light source, with individual control of each LED channel. The Fluorescence filter cubes are mounted in an encoded 6-position turret: multi-color staining can easily be handled in combination with our channel-merge software plug-in. The standard configuration of PA53 BIO FS6 comes with DAPI, FITC, and TRITC filter cubes but many more can be added. Our CCIS® HPlan S-APO (High Fluorite Class) objectives provide high transmission rates for the brightest images.
The Hi-Sensitives - Moticam ProS5 Plus is characterized by a large 2/3' sCMOS sensor and a Global Shutter for speedy handling of moving phenomena. This camera line takes Sensitivity as a priority: Fluorescence, Polarization, and Darkfield are the applications the engineers had in mind.
